Yes! Businesses can choose to sponsor an available Ready Up Community Gaming Zone at a specific fair, festival, or community event.
Available events and sponsorship opportunities will vary throughout the year. Contact Ready Up to learn about upcoming events that may be a good fit for your business and target audience.
Can we sponsor multiple events?
Absolutely. Businesses interested in reaching families at multiple community events can partner with Ready Up for more than one Gaming Zone.
We can also discuss multi-event and seasonal sponsorship opportunities for businesses looking for continued visibility throughout Northern Kentucky and surrounding communities.
Does Ready Up accept sponsorships from for-profit businesses?
Yes. Ready Up sponsorships are designed as marketing and community partnership opportunities and are open to qualifying businesses and organizations.
Sponsors receive promotional benefits based on their selected sponsorship level. Ready Up Mobile Gaming is a for-profit business, and sponsorship payments should not be considered charitable donations to Ready Up.
Can our company provide giveaways at the event?
Yes, in many cases. Featured and Exclusive sponsors may be have the opportunity to provide approved promotional materials, branded giveaways, or other items for event attendees.
All promotional activities are subject to the individual event organizer’s rules and approval.
Can our business have a booth next to the gaming trailer?
Our Exclusive Presenting Sponsor may have the opportunity to set up a promotional table or tent near the Ready Up Community Gaming Zone.
Because every venue has different space, vendor, and sponsorship requirements, booth placement and availability must be approved by the event organizer.
How does the Exclusive Presenting Sponsorship work?
The $1,500 Exclusive Presenting Sponsorship gives one business premium recognition for a qualifying Community Gaming Zone event. The attraction can be promoted as:
“Ready Up Community Gaming Zone – Presented by [Business Name]”
Benefits include premium logo placement, exterior TV recognition, verbal recognition during the event, dedicated social media recognition, promotional opportunities, and a post-event participation recap.
Because this is an exclusive sponsorship, Ready Up will not sell competing sponsorship levels for that Gaming Zone.
Can fairs and festivals request a sponsored Gaming Zone?
Yes! If your fair, festival, or community event would like to offer Ready Up Mobile Gaming but doesn’t have enough room in the entertainment budget, our sponsorship program may be an option.
Event organizers can submit their event information to Ready Up. We’ll review the event and determine whether it may be a good fit for the Community Gaming Zone sponsorship program.
Sponsorship is not guaranteed, and Ready Up participation is dependent on securing sponsorship funding, availability, and event requirements.
How much does it cost to sponsor a Ready Up Community Gaming Zone?
Ready Up currently offers sponsorship opportunities beginning at $350:
- Community Sponsor – $350
- Featured Sponsor – $750
- Exclusive Presenting Sponsor – $1,500
Is gaming really free for attendees?
Yes! At fully sponsored Ready Up Community Gaming Zone, attendees can participate without paying Ready Up to play.
That’s the entire idea behind the program: local businesses sponsor the experience, Ready Up brings the fun, and families play for free.
What types of events can be sponsored?
Ready Up Community Gaming Zones may be available for county fairs, festivals, community celebrations, school and PTO events, Parks & Recreation events, company family days, church festivals, and other qualify public or community events throughout our service area.
Availability depends on the event date, location, operating hours, parking/setup requirements, and sponsorship funding.
